Great work on the install of the Tesla Battery system. Only hiccup was they had to do a firmware upgrade on the unit that communicated to the batteries

Aaron was diligent in helping replace our bad solar box and getting us reconnected to the grid. He checked on us regularly to troubleshoot and was successful in getting the system transferred to our account from the previous owners. He was friendly and respectful.

The GVEC solor team was awesome. With the removal and reinstall of panals. They reached out to our panal provider and got the parts for the panals that had some bad parts. Awesome job. Thank you Aaron for your awesome expertise.

Middle of the ground. The field crew were awesome. Quick and informative. The back office needs to get more communication and forward. Takes a while to get any information and they go silent pretty much after you sign for the system. Pro-field crew does great. Con-lack of communication from staff-didn’t know about a $150 fee that stalled the process till I had to call. Didn’t know how long you have sit with an idle system till they do things. So pack patience as they need to figure themselves ou
