They suck. We sent them our identification four times because they requested it to transfer electrical service to us. Every day they’d call and say they hadn’t received our identification even though we had sent it to the email provided. Eventually they called to threaten cancelling our service because they didn’t have our identification, even though we had sent it in and paid the exorbitant startup fee.
