Tech came and pumped my tank. He explained that he hit the baffle ,it broke and fell to the bottom of the tank. I wrote this incident on the onvoice and contacted the office about replacing the baffle, I was told that they would not and that it is not needed. I contact several septic tank and field line companies with questions about the what a bafles does and if dislodged should it be replaced. All said yes. it keeps the solids from entering the field lines. Very disappointaed they are refus

The gentleman that came out to pump the septic was very nice and professional. He cleaned up the area when he was done. I am located in the tipton county area and he does service this area.I will use this company again.
