Absolute nightmare. So much for warranty. I have tried so hard for three years after having problems for six years to get these problems solved to no avail. My deck is rotted, for the past few months I have been making a hard press to try to fix the situation so I can actually replace the deck that is becoming dangerous at my own cost. Scott is a wonderful person. Very responsive and helpful. His gutters were installed with no issues. However - I hired him to also replace my roof which is not his main business focus and recently had multiple professional roofers inspect the roof after a recent hailstorm and an adjuster from USAA also provide an inspection report that said there is "alot of popping and instability" on the roof related to the decking. I would recommend you hire a professional roofing company.
