We had Culligan for over 20yrs. without any complaints , Their systems are awesome and need little reasons to call for maintenance but if you do… they are on it! You may have tried others but Culligan is the best!

Sadly, I would not recommend Culligan of Largo or their service. My initial sales person was great. Additionally the techs who installed and removed the system were very nice. I finished my 2 year contract and requested to cancel and it’s been a headache ever since. Their customer service rep gaslighted me telling me I wasn’t charged a certain amount on a certain date (I was), that the water softener had been picked up (it wasn’t) and to top it all off they increased their prices prior to info

We experienced a brine tank overflow. Cause was due to aged (10 yrs) equipment. Anthony stopped by and quickly analyzed the problem. He contacted management about the equipment and the next day we had updated equipment installed. Anthony was very professional and courteous in explaining everything about the system. He tested the water and the settings for the new unit. He cleaned up after himself, even sweeping the dirt off the street that fell off the old tank. We are very satisfied with his ex
