We had Vaughn install our system and he did an Amazing job! He is very experienced, massive knowledge about alarm systems, very personable, communication was excellent, he was normal, not plastic like some people are. Vaughn was an outstanding and relatable professional! We DO NOT want any other technician to service our home, EVER! We will request him for EVERY service call.

I’ve had the service 3 years now and need to cancel. I do not feel safe with this system. Half the time I do not get alerted when someone is at my door. The person on the phone told me it would cost $1000 to cancel. This is very non American. Be aware. . To edit this. No one has reached out to me. I called the number and no one knows the person below ; they said they are a marketing company. Be very aware of this company.
