We’ve had Guardian for 5months. For 5months we have been without a smoke detector. We have called begging someone to come out and replace the faulty detector they installed. Guardian said all they can do is put in a request for a tech to call us to schedule an appointment since the people who installed our equipment were contracted out. We were told to remove the detector ourselves and turn off the sound setting. We are currently looking into getting out of our contract since they are in violat

I’ve been with this company since 2021 good at first apparently I was put into a contract. I don’t remember anything about a contract. but every time you call to try to cancel the damn thing they want to throw these you got $280 in discounts, blah blah blah whatever I don’t give a shit at this point I’ve asked for the exact date that I can cancel the damn service and stay as far away from them as possible, counting down the days of 11 months and I’ll never have to deal with them again.
