This has been the best experience! Our patio was badly in need of updating, nothing has been done since the house was built. The Guardian team was efficient, arrived on time every time, and their work was superb. They arranged for concrete repair and grinding off the old finish, and prepping the concrete for application of the finish. The finish is all we expected - it's beautiful, not slick when it rains, and it was ready for us to use the next afternoon. Very pleased with the final result

I had a phenomenal experience from Guardian upgrading my pool patio area. Derrick and his 2 man crew showed up right on time and went directly to work. The quality of the work was outstanding. They completed the project by mid afternoon, cleaned everything up, and were gone. My Wife can’t believe the difference. I highly recommend Guardian. Their staff is professional, and the cost for the project came in less than I expected! 5 Stars for sure!
