The Guaranteed roof technicians arrived on time, did some unexpected repairs to my roof and then applied their chemical agent. I must say, I was skeptical at first, but my roof looks great. I have subsequently lost some shingles on my roof and had to endure the expense of having the roof replaced. Guaranteed Roof denied any responsibility for the damage and denied any compensation.

Prompt arrival. I was notified 2 hours prior. The process was explained to me in detail. Everyone was very professional and courteous. The roof cleaning was incredible. The after coating looks great. I am very pleased with the results. My roof looks almost brand new! I will recommend Roof Maxx!
