I made an appointment with Brad to come to my home and give me an estimate to clean up my back yard. I called to confirm a day in advance and left a message on voicemail. No response, my call was not returned. Appointment time came and went. He was a no-show, so I followed up the next day to see what happened: voicemail again with no response. Very disappointing. If Brad ever calls me back with an explanation, I'll update this review.

I called them and asked if they could pick up old sofa from our RV Resort today. Brad said he could come by between noon and 1. He picked it up at noon and at a very fair price!
