We are writing this review AGAIN because somehow our original negative review disappeared. From the very beginning, this company couldn’t even figure out whether they serviced our area or not before coming out to provide the first quote. We should have taken that as a warning sign. DO NOT waste your time with Groundworks. This company strung us along for MONTHS during a major foundation repair project. We approved their initial quote, planned everything around it, and then suddenly they decide

Excellent crew. Professional work and good communication. Mark D, the foreman was great and worked extremely hard. Other crew members include Trae H, Eddie T, Robert C, and Marquis (not sure I have the name correct).

Cody was pleasant and respectful. So far, this has been a pleasant experience considering the need to incur such a large expense. I’ve know we’ve needed to do this for a while and am glad I found Groundwork’s to help. I’ve only just completed the initial inspection and proposal but I would expect nothing less great service and amazing work when the work is actually being done. I also love that a this is an employee-owned business. I love that.
