Foreman Isaac Garcia , coforeman Josh Moore and Installer/ Foreman Jorge Salazar just finished my foundation. And I couldn't be happier. Joe completed my inspection and I was very impressed with his knowledge. He was very thorough in every aspect of inspecting work done previously done by Groundworks and He did additional measuring and pictures to explain what I didn't understand. He explained areas that needed attention and gave me a solution to those areas that needed the attention. He answered all my questions. Very professional and friendly as well.

Mark Teal spent 2+ hours at my home thoroughly measuring all foundation changes with gas pressure equipment. They were the only company to do this of the four companies I got estimates from. Then he came back for another hour to explain to me the findings and recommendations for repairs. Groundworks was also the only company to tell me that I can monitor the need for exterior steel piers for now, and only need polyurethane foam for now.
