We have been customers since Griffith bought out our local provider several years ago. Since then, prices have gone up every year, by shocking amounts, while options for paying off their excessive bills are limited--unless you can first get to a zero balance. It's all about the money with this company; longtime customer loyalty and a history of paying off your past balances doesn't matter. I am an automated delivery customer, but your service has failed to alert you that my propane tank was running low. Over the past two weeks, I have contacted your company multiple times to request a propane refill. Each time, I was assured someone would be out within the hour. However, no one ever arrived. Had an emergency during freezing temps that left me without a heat source and a tech arrived and was quite helpful but couldnt fix the issue told me to schedule a service call.
