I have called around 30 times at different times every day, but no one ever answers. The website’s AI keeps replying that someone will contact me back, yet I have not received any response for over a month. If the company is close to bankruptcy or no longer functioning properly, I would appreciate it if you could clearly notify customers on your website.

Their customer service is non existent (maybe they are going out of business?) I installed their system 3 years ago and it worked fine until it stopped and its been months of trying to speak to someone with very little success. If you want a company that stand behind their product and provide service after the initial installation look elsewhere.

John and Rubio showed up at my door exactly at the beginning of the scheduled time frame which is a pleasant surprise since most of the service appointments will show up at or near the end of the appointment slot. They took their time listening to my request and answered my questions with patience. By the end of their service , my sprinklers are able to cover my lawn. I am looking forward to my healthy lawn in the summer! I will recommend them to everyone without any hesitation! Thank you guys!
