I've never actually used the pest control service but I just watched who I assume is the owner run and help an elderly lady struggling to get out of her car. What makes this special is that he was carrying gallons of water and was very obviously busy. He still noticed the needs of someone else and made sure he did something about it. Just seemed like the mark of good character.
