Updating my review after about 10 months. The drainage system initially helped with the pooling issue, but because the system uses corrugated pipe and I have heavy leaf debris from a large oak tree, the downspout and drain line began clogging and backing up into the gutter. I wish I would have gone with an alternate quote for PVC with cleanouts, which may have been a better long-term solution for my property conditions. Do not commission work with them. You will regret it and the incoherent babbling nonsense you will have to endure when you call them on their incompetence or bait and switch attempts.
