We have used this service for many years, no more. You can't schedule an appointed time of day or even a short window. We have dogs (and they have known that for years), and the technician can't even knock on the door. No attempt to make a phone call either. Their price goes up every year, you sign a contract and they make no attempt to schedule service, until you reach out to them. No thanks, no more for me. Beware, very bad service.

I wanted to get a part that allowed my sprinkler system to use an app. I asked Rebecca about it and she said that her supplier charges around $160, but I could find it on Amazon for $90 and she didn’t feel right about charging customers so much more. Honestly, she could have and I wouldn’t have known the difference. But she went so far as to even send me the link and to offer assistance if I needed it. Really appreciate that the company put their customers first!
