I made an appointment after seeing their ad for $189 duct cleaning with free dryer vent cleaning. However, when the technician, John, arrived, he told me the price was actually $189 per zone. The ad is very misleading. John also suggested adding a blue light to kill bacteria. Two days later, I contacted another company to install the blue light, and they showed me the attached photos proving that my ducts had not been properly cleaned.
