I am disappointed in GreenPal; they locked me out of the app without any warning. I have been using the GreenPal application for two years, and last night, one of my clients told me that GreenPal had sent them an email stating that my company would no longer be providing services through the platform. I just called customer service to see if they could assist me, but I was answered by a man who was so angry that he didn't address or answer any of my questions. I need an explanation as to why I c

I should have paid attention to the reviews. First let me say that the lawn care service I got through GreenPal was excellent. My issue was GreenPal changing my schedule and not notifying me so the Lawncare ended up coming when I didn’t need them and honestly couldn’t pay them. Thankfully the lawncare company did not charge me for the service when they could have being it wasn’t their fault. I offered to pay them next week, but he just didn’t charge me.
