The service was acceptable, however they are now insisting I am under contract, when I explicitly told the sales staff that I would, not and could not, pay for a year as I lived in a rental and would leave in 6 months. I agreed to service for 6 months, and now they want me to pay a cancellation fee. I will do no such thing. Card Canceled and I will dispute any claims otherwise to the fullest extant of the law.

Excellent Service and Proactive Communication! I recently had spraying done at my home, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service. When the tech arrived and didn't get an answer at the door, customer service proactively called to confirm I still wanted the spraying done, which I really appreciated.
