Excellent customer service from Krystal when I called on Sunday. Excellent service who came out promptly Monday morning. Turned out we didn't have any extermination needed, thankfully. Would definitely call them again if we are worried again but I did feel the 5-10 minute inspection should have been a bit less expensive.

I pay to get our home sprayed quarterly but no matter how many times I talk to customer service or the techs, they still do not send me notification of when the service tech is coming. At the beginning I did get a text notification, now nothing. I just get a text randomly saying they are about to be at our home, which is a problem because then the gate is not open for them. I've made it clear multiple times that I need them to come on certain days of the week when we can be home to let them in t

When we first started service it was great. They were attentive and came out whenever we asked for additional mosquito spray etc. This year however, we have not seen them since the begging of spring. Wouldn’t answer back about respraying for mosquitoes and ants, missed scheduled August appointment, mystery rate increase with no warning. But they will harass you once that payment stops, but only to collect payment not to fulfill their side of the contract.
