Had a great experience with Green Rack for the initial contact to tge activation day. Green Rack kept things moving with the permit n met-ed (who did not make things easy neither). I was told there was a back log n it would be 4 months but it was not. Everything they told me so far has been true. Yes u make electric on cloudy days. I have not pay anything for electric except the 11.00 per month for tge use on met-ed lines. I get quarterly deposits of about 30.00 from the sale of the Recs that ge
