When I contacted them for repair, they blamed us for not using their winterization/shut-off service and refused to honor the warranty. I honestly don't know how they have any positive reviews. My mom and I both used green lawn to put in an underground sprinkler system. We've had nothing but troubles with it since installation. The "zones" are very strange design. They are meant to shoot from the yard into the flower bed, but in many cases they don't clear any edging, borders or flower boxes. Additionally we both had broken sprinkler heads right out of the gate. They have had to send someone out several times to fix and adjust

Super impressed with Green Lawn Sprinklers. Small business, prioritizes service and communication. They’re not going to go MIA after the initial set up. The instal was done with minimal damage to the yard and they’ve come back within 2 days to fix a minor line issue. Ray has been great! If you’re thinking about getting a system I’d go here!
