They know the differences between pressure cleaning, power washing, and chemical cleaning which is important for certain types of roofing. Our condo did not want pressure washing because of the damage potential. For a small company they were able to handle a big job professionally, carefully and explained all the different ways to clean your roof.

Strike 3 for this company. They do not return calls. Then call and say you owe money for services never provided. Then promise to come back and actually do the job they were supposed to.... and never show. DONE. Don't bother with them. Plenty of others that actually show up.

The team was nice and helpful with moving furniture, but they killed the plants outside the screen, planted in the ground, as they blasted them with their pressure washer and they left all the plants growing up in the cracks of the driveway, which should have been killed. Less than impressive and I doubt I’ll use them again. There is nothing “green” about using bleach. I’m giving two stars because the team was nice.
