We are 6+ months into our solar installation and still do not have Permission to Operate (PTO). Here is what this process has looked like: Communication has been nearly nonexistent. Emails and phone calls go unanswered. Scheduled calls were missed repeatedly with no notice. We were never proactively informed of any delays, issues, or challenges by the contractor — every update had to be chased down by us.
