I felt compelled to write this, as just had the company walk my home in order to give an estimate. The gentleman who attended is actually one of their experienced employees, and would be responsible on the actual day of the move, He quoted 4 to absolute maximum 6 hours, and this included dispatch to/from their offices and 2 differing location drop offs. Quote came in from their office at 8 hours. Total disconnect. I spoke to the owner who said their employee “under quotes”, why send him??? and
