Recently I had this system installed, it reports fire or police. The app makes it so easy to arm it while your away from and just as easy to disarm it when youve arrived at home. The installer David was easy to work with. I hate to admit thst I forgot to disarm it while st home, the alarm went off and my phone rang immediately with the central station inquiring if this is an actual breach of the front door or not, the caller was professional and understanding that it was my fault and to cance

The person that answered the phone never gave their name and was short and very rude
