Communication was very spotty leading up to the initial work and ultimately the work that was quoted was done. That said, two weeks were wasted with back and forth and when I asked to have further work done, Great Oaks came out and never communicated that they would not do the work. I had to reach out to hear back. For what it’s worth, when I shopped them, most other competitors said they wouldn’t touch the job for what they quoted. I guess the service was commensurate with the price when viewed
