Scott from Great Lakes Home Renovations called to confirm an appointment (scheduled through the Home Depot). On the call Scott was rude and pushy. He mandated that if my wife was not available to join me during their entire 2-hour visit that their rep would promptly leave. I asked him to cancel the appointment and he hung up on me. If Scott's professionalism is any reflection of this company, I'm sure glad we won't be working with them.

We were very impressed with the product and the employees on our shower remodel. From the sales person, Justin, to the project manager, Josh and especially the installers, Josh and Dan. We were always told when they would start and when they would be done. Very prompt, courteous, and friendly, and excellent cleanup afterwards.
