Excellent & professional service

I had previously rated Grease Monkey with 1 star and after doing so, I received a phone call from the owner, Duffy. He was not upset nor intimidating but was genuinely concerned as to what happened during their service call. We spoke on the phone for a bit and basically realized that there had been a breakdown in communication somewhere along the way.
