I wanted to stay local, so I contacted Grant's Appliance Repair. I was told a part needed to be ordered. It was coming from China (unfortunately) and took nearly 2 months to arrive. The part was replaced, but evidently it wasn't the problem and I was told I would be issued a refund. It has taken over 6 weeks to have the refund mailed. I would not recommend this business, even though it's local, as time management is a definite problem. I was given excuse after excuse why the refund was delayed.

My refrigerator went out, and Grants was highly recommended, so I called them. 'Steve' listened to my problem, but didn't have any availability to come out until next week! I guess he heard the stress in my voice, and told me to hang on for a moment… He came back and said he would come by between appointments tomorrow and help me out! I called several other appliance repair places and all they said was they couldn't help me right now! STEVE… Thank you for going out of your way for me!!! You are

Jeff did an OUTSTANDING job fixing my washing machine which wasn't getting any water to it. The parts he had to order came in, in a timely manner. Jeff went above and beyond the call of duty to give me white-glove customer service. I would highly recommend Grant's Appliance Repair. I will be calling them for all my appliance repair needs in the future.
