No Customer service. Office tells you that the guy will be out to empty your septic and you wait all day and no one shows up. No phone calls from the office that day or the next day to tell you that they are not going to be out to do it.

I have to say, after working with as many porta John companies as I have. these guys put their hearts in it, and it shows. I would recommend this company to anyone who cares about the crew. always leaving a clean unit after every service, going above and beyond what you would expect. great company, thank you!
