The inspector indicated the foundation to be “slab-on-grade “ on his report. There was an inspection sticker on the inside of the electrical panel that indicated it was a “post-tension
foundation”. So, which is it? Never got an answer back from Keith.
The inspector reported that two closet doors were “binding” when in fact they would not close at all. Had I not witnessed these discrepancies myself I would have taken Keith’s report as being accurate when in fact it was not.
Keith was recommended to us by my realtor. I can tell you we have been 100% satisfied with his work. He provided us with a very comprehensive inspection report. Approximately 50 pages. He even provided a summary which prioritized Major concerns, safety Hazzards, and issues
that can deferred. He provided plenty of pictures in his report to demonstrate the issues of concern. He even answered are call to go over our report and explain why some issues were more relevant which helped us make a
Keith inspected a home prior to my purchase. While he covered all the easily accessed items, he failed to adequately inspect the crawl space.
