The inspector indicated the foundation to be “slab-on-grade “ on his report. There was an inspection sticker on the inside of the electrical panel that indicated it was a “post-tension foundation”. So, which is it? Never got an answer back from Keith. The inspector reported that two closet doors were “binding” when in fact they would not close at all. Had I not witnessed these discrepancies myself I would have taken Keith’s report as being accurate when in fact it was not.
