Was sent a defective log set, have been chasing them all week for help and replacement. Still no resolution. Just awful customer experience...Stand by your product and if its defective, replace it. OK, so they sent another set, same issue. I had it checked by a service tech and the system is set up for propane and not natural gas even though the box was labeled properly. So now i have 2 sets that don't work for my fireplace as they are propane and not NG. Called again and waiting for a call back

Wanted to thank Anthony for such wonderful customer service. I am home visiting my dad after his open heart surgery and Anthony was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful while helping us troubleshoot our dead batteries. The fireplace has been a lovely place for my dad’s recovery! (Dog approved as well) happy holidays!
