For the past two weeks, delivery has been delayed because of unforeseen “new” policies that were never communicated in full. It’s unacceptable and frustrating that I cannot rely on this service. As a customer who has not taken advantage of these policies, I find this situation to be a considerable burden. I am switching to a more expensive service because it is simply not worth the hassle of navigating the arbitrary requirements this company imposes without warning.
