This will be a detailed review. It's better to know too much than not enough. I had two issues with the hardwood floors in my home. First, one of the boards in the middle of the living room decided to curl one of its edges. There was no moisture or any other reason for this to occur, but it did, creating a cupping effect (not a crowning). The second issue was all the squeaks in the kitchen area. These guys did a great job on our floors, and they're a very friendly crew both in the office and the field. We had new hardwood floors put down over the existing 130 year old floors. Alex and his crew did a great job leveling the floors out (130 years of settling left a slope in two directions of up to 1.5" in two rooms of the house) before laying the new floor.
