There was a slight delay getting a replacement part because our plumbing setup was older than expected, but the company kept us informed throughout the process. Once the correct part arrived, the plumber returned quickly and repaired the leaking valve without any extra charges or unnecessary complications.

Blockage was a little tricky. Kevin figured it out and got it cleared for us with a great attitude the whole time. Always a pleasure.

I have not used these guys personally but I will say that what they offered to my family was remarkable. They offered same day service after 4:00pm, and alternative solutions to resolved the installment issues for my new dishwasher. It was pleasant and refreshing to know that there are still great people out there willing to help. If I ever need a plumber to come out, they are first on my list! Professional, courteous and followed-up? In 2026? Wow!!!!! Amazing!!!!!

If I could leave a 5-star review based on responsiveness and professionalism alone, I would. Grace Plumbing answered my call after hours (around 7 PM) and was polite, responsive, and easy to work with. However, my overall experience is 3 stars due to pricing.
