We love Gotcha Covered! Their products and service are the best. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable and friendly. When we messed up one of the shade cords 5 months after purchase, the owner came to our house the next day and fixed it. He even reviewed how to prevent the problem in the future. That’s great service!

We are so pleased with our experience of ordering and installing our shades through Gotcha Covered. Brian and John came to our home during the initial meeting, took measurements, presented fabrics, and we chose our shades right then and there. We were glad to have a professional come to our home to take measurements because the window frame depths of our older home varies. They were able to choose the appropriate up/down mechanism to fit the window which would have been confusing if we tried

Amazing experience from beginning to end!! Gilberto was very patient with me going into the process as I really had no clue what I was looking for. He provided me various options and I eventually landed on Pirouette Shades. Chris and Tim were my installers and they were personable, professional, quick yet accurate. Couldn’t ask for a better team when working with a vendor. Highly recommend!!
