We are so pleased with our experience of ordering and installing our shades through Gotcha Covered. Brian and John came to our home during the initial meeting, took measurements, presented fabrics, and we chose our shades right then and there. We were glad to have a professional come to our home to take measurements because the window frame depths of our older home varies. They were able to choose the appropriate up/down mechanism to fit the window which would have been confusing if we tried

He provided me various options and I eventually landed on Pirouette Shades. Chris and Tim were my installers and they were personable, professional, quick yet accurate. Exceeded my expectations. I can hardly tell they’re there; I mean that in the best possible way. I don’t intend to draw the blinds often, so I appreciate that they almost disappear into the window trim. The product is inch-perfect custom work; the people are flush with ideas and a pleasure to work with.
