As so many others have said... After only 27 short years my well-pump failed. Called Goss on a Sunday afternoon and received a very rapid response to my call for help! They were able to have a new Grundfos brand pump installed in our well in just over 24 hours from my call. We called about our well not working and they came out to diagnose the situation the same day. Once we figured out what the problem was, they were able to repair it within a day. Communication was great and I feel like they were fairly priced for what we needed done. I was very happy with the experience overall and would certainly recommend them and call on them again if I ever needed similar work done.
