Our inspection was through and efficient. Our one year new home warranty was coming up and so many things were found that we didn’t know about. Completely worth the effort and so glad we used this company!! Extremely knowledgeable.

Terry is very thorough. He did the pre-drywall inspection of my new home and the builder noted how thorough his report was. We will be using Terry for our final and 1 year inspection, as well. My only minor complaint with Terry is that he doesn’t respond to emails/texts quickly. Outside of that, Terry has been great to work with.
