Superb customer service and everything within my insurance company’s appraisal. I took five bids from various roofing companies and Gorilla ranked top of the pack. The team had excellent attention to my concerns and explained the whole process, and worked some adjustments with my insurer. They brought a massive crew, stripping the roof and installing the new roof in one day. Gutters were done on a second day. Gorilla and their rep Tyler O. were great. Hail damage incurred from March 2025 storm. Included damage to roof, siding, etc. Did a wonderful job of explaining timeline and expenses with insurance coverage. Tyler did a fantastic job of communicating and promptly returned ALL calls and texts. He made a difficult time incredibly easier. Pleased with work that was done and when issues came up, quick to help resolve them.
