Dru executed a thorough whole home inspection, sewer scope and mold testing for a potential home purchase. He was professional, quick and extremely detail oriented. Dru was very professional and thorough. Unfortunately our AC didn't get tested and when we turned it on we found out our compressor was out on the unit. We got stuck paying that fix. Our house was inspected in September and the AC was not turned on or used at all until mid March. Nothing appeared on the report about the unit except a pipe that should be wrapped.
