Sean came out and conducted a home inspection on a house we are in process of buying. Sean provided a thorough home inspection and followed it up with a great review with me and my wife. He made himself available to talk through a couple of follow up items and let me know his phone line was always open to us should any other questions arise. Being able to schedule a single individual to perform pest and environmental inspections on top of the "typical" home inspection was also really convenient.

He arrived on time, provided a thorough inspection of the property and then spent nearly 2 hours going over the details with me and answering all of my questions and providing really good advice which greatly aided me in my home purchase decision.
