We used Good Eye Inspection back in 2017 And they did a phenomenal job. We’re currently building a new home and had them do the pre-draw inspection. As always, a thorough job. Five stars would highly recommend.

10/5 stars for Good Eye! Our inspector (Jaran is amazing) was kind, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. His report was detailed and had so many pictures of the house! As first time home buyers, we had a good understanding after talking to the inspector and reading the report how much money we were going to have to put into the house post sale which influenced our counter offer to the seller immensely (with good eye's report to back it up!). Definitely recommend adding on the Mold t
