The drivers are great! I'm sure it's company policy for them to get out and take your garbage can to the curb if you forget. Drivers are very friendly. If I had a complaint about this business, it would be their lack of communication. We have had several occasions where they didn't pick up our trash. Apparently, this was caused by their, "New system". I would suggest that if they are getting another, new system, that they send out a letter saying so. That way we can call in ahead of time so that

Good as Gone picks up our trash at Nichols Mechanical. We always have trash fall out and they always pick all of it up. They are very considerate and professional. 10/10 would recommend.

For sure the best service you'll find! They pick up on hoildays, I've got 2 cans for the price of one from Taylor's, if you forget to take your cans out they'll pull it out and empty it for you!! If your trash is dumped over, they clean it up. Customer service is always fantastic! Never had any issues defintly recommend making the switch to good as gone!
