Very professional installation and the energy production has been as advertised for the first year. However, 10 days ago the solar production went down to zero. Pushy, overzealous, sales consultant who refused to take “no” for an answer, even when he was harassing a minor who was incredibly uncomfortable with the entire interaction. If I ever had the desire to go with solar, I would choose literally any other company based upon this interaction alone.

Installation a good but the customer service after is terrible

Great company, great people. They installed solar panels at my house. Ray came by to repair a few that went offline. All covered under warranty and fixed within hours of the one visit they came to take care of the repair. Ray was polite and super helpful. I would recommend goldin for installation also because of their ongoing support after the system is installed.

I have called numerous times about half of my panels not working to no avail. I left a service message o the website that promised to call back within 48 hours it been a week. My electricity has been through the roof on the hottest months of the year. But they don’t pay so they don’t care. I don’t know what happened to this company. They used to have great service.
