David was exceptional. He is meticulous with details, repairing several rooms of parquet flooring that had been ruined by a dog-owning tenant. David installed part of new floors, refinished my kitchen floor, and re-sanded entire floor of the 3600 sqf house in Saratoga. Now the floor looked like brand new.
