Overrated, overpriced. A simple straightforward hose bib replacement taking 1/2 hr with a 60dollar part… initially charged 750. After some back in forth lowered it by 150. Additional, the said the $79 service call charge would be applied to the job, it wasn’t. It was added. I believe this company is not acting in good faith. Buyer beware
