The company I previously secured with a deposit was a no-show, I called Gold Star the morning of and the owner sent two ladies who were polite, greeted me with a smile, and cleaned so well I could lick the walls and the floor. Of course I didn't but they cleaned beyond my expectations and I appreciate their kindness and services they provided.
